How to report your Harvest

This article is to show you how to report your harvest on the decal’s website. You will need to be logged into your user account for the process.

​ Instructions (Logged in)

1. Log Into to your account.
2. Under “My Account”, navigate to the Game Harvest and HIP tab.
3. Under Game Harvest you'll see the list of surveys available to you.
4. Select the one you would like to report by clicking on the little drop-down arrow.
5. Fill out all required harvest survey questions.
6. Hit Submit.
7. Tag will display as Reported for current license year.

​  Instructions (Logged out)

1. Go to https://decals.east.licensing.app/standalone_surveys
2. Input your DEC ID and date of birth.
3. You will be given a list of surveys available to be completed if there are any.
4. Select the one you would like to report by clicking on the drop-down arrow to the right.
5. Fill out all required harvest survey questions
6. Hit Submit.
7. Tag will display as Reported for current license year.

Note* You can also report your harvest through the state automated reporting line by calling 1-866-426-3778.
