HuntFishNY App Download Information

HuntFishNY is the official DEC mobile app that provides our sportsmen/women a simple way to display their licenses and privileges and view important hunting and fishing related information. Our HuntFishNY mobile app offers instant mobile access to electronic versions of sporting licenses, privileges and permits; the ease of reporting game harvests immediately; and links to useful information like season date summaries, fishing information, a DEC Contact list, and much more.

As a license issuing agent you have a direct connection to New York’s hunters and anglers, so we could use your help in getting the word out about a handy new feature recently released in HuntFishNY.  "The Tackle Box" gives users instant access to helpful information such as fishing regulations, fish stocking, and fishing access locations throughout New York State - all within an easy-to-use map-based interface. 

We’d really appreciate it if you would print the attached 8 ½ x 11 sign/flyer out and post it prominently where you are selling sporting licenses. It fits nicely in a clear plastic sign holder, but can also be tacked up if a holder isn’t an option. Users can download the HuntFishNY app through the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) by scanning the appropriate QR code on the sign.
