How to reset your password

This article will show you how to reset a forgotten password or update a password if you would like to change it.

 Instructions

1. Step 1: Go to https://decals.east.licensing.app/
2. Step 2: On the main page, at the top right you should see an option to Login.
3. Step 3: Once you have clicked that option locate the “Forgot password” selection under the “Login” and “Sign Up” buttons.
4. Step 4: You will be given the option to enter in your login email to get a reset password link sent to you.
5. Step 5: Alternatively, you can choose the option to “Reset My Password Without An Email” to input personal information and reset your password directly from the website if the information is correct.
6. Step 6: Once you’ve filled out the required information and hit submit you should be logged in automatically to your account and brought to the account details section.

Note* If you input an email that is not recorded as being the login email you will still receive an email from us but it will list that no email existed under the one you inputted.
